Our specialty is fresh Florida seafood.
We carry many varieties of grouper & snapper, as well as pompano, wahoo, golden tile, stone crabs (in season), Florida spiny lobster (in season), soft shell crabs and flounder. We work with many Florida fish farms, including sturgeon from Mote Marine Aquarium in Sarasota, Florida. In addition to our selection of Florida fish, we carry a wide range of fish from all over the world, including: sea bass, black bass, buenose bass, sturgeon, cod, salmon, wild salmon, opah, john dory as well as many others. Through our connections, we are able to get just about anything that you may be looking for.

We specialize in hard to find products from remote places like mayhaw jelly and Tupelo honey from northern Florida, fresh ciders (apple, peach, bing cherry, black raspberry) from North Carolina, wild frog legs from Southern Florida, and sweet Zellwoon corn from Central Florida and fresh hearts of palm from Costa Rica, just to name a few!
We are privately owned and operated since 1990.
Our location in Orlando, Florida provides easy access to all parts of the state allowing us to receive and ship the freshest product. In addition, commercial air-service in Orlando makes it possible to quickly ship our product all over the country in a matter of hours. Air freight is available Tuesday thru Saturday. In many cases, the seafood that you receive today was swimming yesterday. In addition to our facility in Orlando, we have warehouse locations in Miami, FL and Las Vegas Nevada.

All of the fish that we receive is whole, which allows us the ability to be certain that all of our product meets our highest standards. All of the product we sell is hand cut to order to the chef's unique specifications. Our product is never pre-cut.
