Our Mission

It is our mission to deliver to our customers the finest, freshest seafood product available. WE are proud of our innovative ideas and cutting edge technology. WE strive to maintain "OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE" !!    

Every product that is commercially shipped to our customers is insulated, date packed, labeled and correctly graded. All product received from our suppliers is subjected to a detailed inspection by an HACCP trained inspector. Product that does not meet and conform to USDC / F.D.A. requirements, and our quality control standards is refused and returned to the supplier. Gary's Seafood Specialties has 1,440 cu ft of freezer capacity and 25,000 sq ft of cooler space.

We deliver within Florida in our own modern refrigerated trucks. We use commercial air express carriers to service our out of state customers.

WE process your order to your exact requirements. WE even ship it to you whole if that is what you require.

All of our product is received in it's entire form to allow for closest inspection. WE also carry a variety of smoked seafood product and other specialties as available.

WE offer a full line of fresh fish, brought in daily from all over the country and beyond. Because of our strategic location in Orlando, Florida, we have access to the freshest fish from both the East and West coasts of the state plus the additional bonus of the Caribbean Islands. Gary's Seafood Specialties, Inc. is a member of the Southeastern Fisheries since beginning it's wholesale business in 1991.
